How Do I Join?
Joining Jay's Rewards couldn’t be easier. There’s no need to sign up—every client is automatically enrolled. Once you start enjoying our treatments, your spending will be tracked by our system. When you reach $3,000 in total services, you'll automatically earn $150 off your next treatment. No extra steps or fees required!
How Do I Track My Rewards?
We keep track of your rewards easy and stress-free. Our system automatically monitors your spending, and when you reach the $3,000 milestone, we will notify you at the time of check out. You can always ask our staff during your visit or give us a call to check your reward balance, alternatively these are always available via the Timely client portal. Once you’ve earned your reward, it will be ready for you to apply to your next treatment—no need to carry cards or keep track of points yourself.
When Do My Rewards Expire?
Your Jay's Rewards do come with a timeline—rewards expire 18 months after they’re earned. This gives you plenty of time to plan your next visit and treat yourself to more of the exceptional care you’ve come to expect from Jay's Medispa. Just remember to use your $150 reward within a year of earning it to make the most of your savings!

Jay's Rewards Exclusions
- Non-Transferable: Jay's Rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the client who earned them. Rewards cannot be shared, gifted, or transferred to another individual.
- Expiration: The $150 reward must be used within 18 months of being earned. After 18 months, the reward will expire and cannot be redeemed.
- Start Date: Jay's Rewards will be available beginning the 1st of September 2024. Any treatments or services received before this date will not count toward the rewards program.
- Right to Cancel or Alter: Jay's Medispa reserves the right to cancel or modify the Jay's Rewards program, including its terms, conditions, and exclusions, at any time without prior notice. We will notify clients of any significant changes to the program to ensure transparency.
