Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to treatment time will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services and are payable at the time of your cancellation.
No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved services and are payable at the time of the no show.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice so we can arrange services for our other clients. Rescheduling of services will not be charged any penalties.
Jay's Medispa reserves the right to refuse future service until cancelation debts have been paid in full.
