Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for our team and other clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your booking.

  • Late Cancellations
    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the reserved services, payable at the time of cancellation.

  • No-Shows
    Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved services, payable immediately.

  • Same-Day Rescheduling
    Requests to reschedule on the day of the appointment are generally treated as a no-show, as we are unable to refill the time at short notice. The full service fee may apply, subject to management discretion.

  • Rescheduling the Day Before
    Rescheduling the day prior to your appointment will require a 50% deposit to secure the new time. This deposit will be credited toward your rescheduled service but is non-refundable if the new booking is cancelled or missed.

  • Rescheduling with Sufficient Notice
    Changes made with more than 24 hours’ notice are free of charge and do not require a deposit.

  • Outstanding Fees
    Future bookings may be declined until any outstanding fees are paid in full.

Jay’s Medispa reserves the right to request full prepayment or refuse service for future appointments if a client is deemed to have excessive cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling issues. This ensures appointment availability is respected and fairly distributed.


Sitting Fee Policy

A sitting fee may apply when a scheduled treatment cannot proceed due to circumstances outside of our control. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Arriving late beyond the allowable treatment window, which varies per treatment and is at the determination of the clinic.

  • Not following pre-treatment instructions (e.g., hydration, excessive sun exposure, ceasing contraindicated products).

  • Undisclosed or new medical conditions, medications, or skin concerns that contraindicate treatment.

In these instances, a $100 sitting fee will be charged to cover the time and resources reserved for your appointment. This fee is payable on the day and is not applied toward future bookings.

For PRP treatments, if lipidemia (excess fat in the blood) is identified after the blood draw and renders the sample unsuitable for use, a $200 sitting fee will apply. This fee is also payable on the day. However, if a suitable alternative treatment of equal or greater value can be safely performed during the same appointment, the fee will be waived.


Refund Policy

Prepaid Packages
Prepaid treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable. In some cases, unused portions of a package may be converted into credit for other services, subject to management approval.

Refunds Due to Cancellation
If a refund is granted due to a cancellation initiated by Jay’s Medispa, any prepaid amounts will be refunded in full. Refunds for client cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.

Retail Products
Refunds or exchanges are only available for retail items that are faulty or damaged. Products must be returned unused and in original packaging in a resalable way within 7 days of purchase.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on treatments or product purchases. Please choose carefully and speak with our team if you need help selecting the right service or product for your needs.
